Attorney Alan S. Nopar, a Stanford Law School graduate, has extensive experience in business and corporate law. Before attending law school, Mr. Nopar earned a CPA designation and was awarded an F. C. Austin scholarship at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
