Residential Real Estate Transactions

The firm also has extensive experience in handling residential real estate transactions, and has successfully represented sellers as well as buyers in residential transactions ranging from the mid six figures to well over $10 million. Our residential real estate practice includes advising on issues regarding easements, rights of way and potential liabilities, as well as disclosure issues and title issues. We also provide advice and counsel regarding how to structure a transaction to result in maximum benefit to the client, and we are highly skilled in negotiating and preparing transaction documents. For those buyers who for the sake of privacy desire to keep their identities hidden from public view, we are able to form an LLC without revealing in any public filing the name(s) of the owner(s), and are able to have the property titled solely in the name of the LLC without any publicly- accessible record that would reveal the identity(ies) of the owner(s) of the LLC.
